The trip starts at 07:15, pick up from your hotel at Isabela island, we take a bus ride to the entrance of the national park for about 45 minutes, then we star our nice hiking to the rim of the Sierra negra volcano which is considering one of the largest calderas in the world, during the walk our English speaking naturalist guide will explain you about the vegetation surrounded, once you arrive to the caldera you'll admire this wonderfull volcano, you will do several stops until you finally arrive to the Chico volcano, here you will be marvelous of the beauty of this place due the amazing lava formation, and enjoy the wonderfull view of the western side of the Isabela island, get the chance to see Fernandina island and all the wonders of this side of the archipelago!
After we enjoy the view will start our walk to return to the entrance where our bus will be waiting for you!
Total hike will be around 16km, level of dificult easy to moderate especially in the rain season!
