Advanced Open Water
Our schedule:
Day 1: 17:30 to 18:45 Meeting at Eagleray Tours Dive Center, equipment setting and choice the different adventures dives, practice how to use the magnetic compas and dive computer!
Day 2: 07:15 pick up from your hotel, transport to the dive spot (by boat or / by truck and by boat). 3 dives in open water, you start with underwater navigation, peak performance buoyancy, deep dive. Returning time to your hotel 14:30 more less
Day 3: pick up from your hotel, transport to the dive spot (by boat or / by truck and by boat). 2 dives in open water, you start with fish identification, multilevel dive. Returning time to your hotel 14:30 more less
How to Become an Advanced Open Water Diver
The Advanced Open Water Diver course is all about advancing your skills. You'll practice navigation and buoyancy, try deep diving and make three specialty dives of your choosing (it's like a specialty sampler platter).
For every specialty dive you complete, you can earn credit toward PADIspecialty certifications.
Learn about underwater navigation, deep diving and three types of specialty diving that interest you, except night dive. After some skill practice with your instructor, you'll make five open water dives. There's no exam because this course is truly about having fun and gaining experience.
The course includes five dives: a deep dive below 18m/60f, a navigation dive, and three specialty dives. Gain experience, build confidence and discover your diving abilities.
- Prerequisites: Open Water Diver/Junior Open Water Diver (or qualifying certification)
- Total time commitment: 2-3 days
- Minimum age: 12 years or older
- Depth: The maximum depth depends on your age, but maximum depth is up to 30 metres/100 feet
Day 1: Meet in our PADI 5 Stars Dive Resort, set up the different adventures dives for the following day, fill up the release form, try the dive gear.
Day 2: 07:15 Pick up from your hotel, transfer to our Dive boat, 3 adventure dives in open water
Day 3: 07:15 Pick up from your hotel,transfer to our Dive boat, 2 adventure dives in open water, at night we process your certification.
